They have two locations and we stayed at both of them . The very first is amargarh resort and the second is Amar mahal hotel . The resort is luxurious and gives the vibe of heritage stay , walking in the resort was very peaceful and calming . Rooms at this resort were average tho , could have been much better and food was decent too ( we were from delhi and they didn’t offered parathe in breakfast 🥲) . The second location that is Amar mahal hotel was lovely aswell , rooms were good and all promising facilities , food was tasty there . Both the locations have pool . It was a great experience staying at both the locations . Must book them for your next stay with friends and family . Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

We were a family group of nine, including children, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional and harassing behavior of the staff, specifically your front desk representative, Tulsi. Upon arrival, we completed the check-in process and provided the required identification documents. After being assigned our rooms, we were unexpectedly contacted by the front desk, where we were demanded to pay additional charges on the basis that one of our children was allegedly over 10 years old. This was not only incorrect but also inconsistent with your stated policies, which do not mention such charges.We explained that none of our children were above 10 years of age, yet the staff insisted and continued to pressure us for additional fees. Their behavior was both unprofessional and harassing, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. It felt as though we were being unfairly targeted because of our nationality, with the assumption that we would comply with unwarranted demands.This experience has left us with a very negative impression of your hotel. As paying guests, we expected a respectful and transparent service, but instead, we felt exploited and harassed. Rooms:null Service:1 Location:null

Amar mahal....A Place in the heart of the north udaipur which incidentally is the most focal tourist area ..palacial ambience,very clean & hygienic venue,comfortable parking,icing on the cake is Mr Anwar iqbal , the GM n his team..lovely hospitality,.we had a five hours musical nite at The Darbar conference hall,no complaints,smiling staff,disciplined staff,smiling staff, special thanks to Mr Anoop & his team....I think they have one of the best terrace seating,very large well appointed areas ... delicious food with lots of varieties..All in all a dream place to organise functions & stay in the cost rooms ....Keep it up.Best wishes. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. We booked the deluxe room and the room was good. However, the view from the balcony was not that great.
We had to call reception for getting the hot water as this was not available 24/7 not sure why. Our room was in corner and the WiFi strength was very poor and had to rely on mobile data during the stay. Housekeeping was never available to pick up the call but our queries were resolved by the receptionist. The food was good, but the buffet was not available at the restaurant and had limited items if you opt for breakfast which was not at all worth the price you pay for the Breakfast buffet.
