1. Age Restrictions:

Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed alone at the property.

2. ID Proof Requirements:

Passport, Aadhar, Driving License, and Govt. IDs are accepted as ID proof(s).

Local IDs are not allowed.

3. Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed/not allowed have to be confirmed by the hotel authorities.

4. Smoking/Alcohol Rules:

Smoking within the premises is allowed.

Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the property.

5. Accessibility:

Property is wheelchair accessible/not accessible has to be confirmed by the hotel authorities.

6. Key Information:

The caretaker assists with check-in.

Keys can be collected or deposited through building staff.

7. Visitor Policy:

Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors into the room.

Common areas can be used to meet visitors.

Strict prohibition of drugs, and alcohol abuse.

Strict action will be taken against violators, including eviction and blacklisting.

12. Cancellation Policy:

If canceled before seven days: 75% refund, Between 7 days-72 hrs: 50% refund, Less than 72 hrs, No-Shows or Early Checkout: No refund.

Valid photo ID is required for guests above 18.

Acceptable IDs: Driver's License, Voter's Card, Passport, Ration Card.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

Standard check-in: 2 PM, standard check-out: 11 AM.

The room tariff includes taxes; optional services are charged at check-out.

Staybook will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the Hotel due to the aforesaid reason. Updates are subject to applicable charges,

Modified bookings subject to availability and revised policy, Cancellation / modification charges standard; waiver at the hotel's discretion.
