Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Staybook.in, operated by Staybook.in Hospitality Private Limited. By using our website, services, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which ensure clarity and protection for both parties involved in a transaction.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Identification Requirements

Indian Nationals: Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Accepted documents include Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driver’s License, and Passport. PAN Card is not accepted.

Foreign Nationals: Guests must present a valid passport and visa at check-in.

Standard Timings

Check-In: 01:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must inform the hotel in advance.

Declaration Requirement

All guests must complete a self-declaration form at the time of check-in. Guests refusing to submit the declaration will not be permitted to stay, and no refund shall be applicable.

Hotel Rates & Payments

Best Price Guarantee

Staybook.in monitors multiple platforms to ensure competitive pricing. If a guest finds a lower publicly available price for the same room, dates, and conditions, Staybook.in may refund the difference subject to verification.

Inclusive Pricing

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes. No hidden charges apply unless the guest requests upgrades or add-on services.

Secure Payments

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Staybook.in does not store or access customer credit or debit card details.

Booking Confirmation

Guests will receive a confirmation email and SMS after successful booking, including booking ID and reservation details.

Cancellations (Hotels)

Pay at Hotel bookings: Cancellation allowed as per the hotel's cancellation policy.

Prepaid bookings:

More than 7 days before check-in: 75% refund

Between 72 hours and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund

Less than 72 hours before check-in / No-Show / Early Departure: No refund

Staybook.in reserves the right to cancel bookings without refund in cases of misbehavior, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.

Force Majeure Clause

Staybook.in Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance, cancellation, modification, or disruption of services caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, storms

Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies

Government orders, regulations, travel restrictions, lockdowns

War, terrorism, civil unrest, or strikes

Power failures, system outages, or network disruptions

Weather conditions affecting operations

Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

Hotel Conduct & Property Rules

Visitors allowed for one hour between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Smoking prohibited in public areas

Guests are liable for damages caused to hotel property

Violation of hotel rules may result in booking termination and eviction

Pet Policy

Staybook.in hotels are pet-friendly, subject to the following:

Pets must not disturb other guests

Pets are not allowed in public/common areas

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets

A pet cleaning charge may apply to maintain hygiene standards

Staybook Quality Guarantees

Spotless linens in every room

Foam mattresses for comfort

24×7 hot and cold water with strong pressure

If cleanliness issues are reported within 1 hour of check-in, Staybook.in will replace linens, change the room, or upgrade the room at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Tour Booking Terms & Conditions

Tours listed on Staybook.in are operated by verified third-party providers. Staybook.in acts solely as a booking facilitator unless stated otherwise.

Participants must carry valid identification as required by the tour operator.

Certain tours may have age, fitness, or safety restrictions.

Tour schedules are subject to availability, weather conditions, government regulations, and operational constraints.

All payments for tours are securely processed through Razorpay.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by tour provider and are displayed at the time of booking.

Activity Booking Terms & Conditions

Activities may involve physical effort or risk. Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet eligibility and safety requirements.

Activities are delivered by third-party operators. Staybook.in is not responsible for service execution, safety lapses, or delays beyond its role as a booking platform.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Modification, cancellation, and refund terms depend on the specific activity provider.
