Welcome to Staybook.in, operated by Staybook Hospitality Private Limited. By using our website, services, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which ensure clarity and protection for both parties involved in a transaction.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Identification Requirements

  • Indian Nationals: Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Accepted documents include Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driver’s License, and Passport. PAN Card is not accepted.
  • Foreign Nationals: Must present a valid passport and visa at check-in.

Timings

  • Standard check-in time: 01:00 PM (Afternoon)
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

  • Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must inform the hotel in advance.

Declaration Requirement

  • All guests must fill out a self-declaration form at the time of check-in. Guests refusing to complete the form will not be permitted to stay.

Rates and Payments

Best Price Guarantee

  • We monitor multiple platforms to ensure that our guests receive the best available rates. If a guest finds a lower price for the same room elsewhere, we will refund the difference.

Inclusive Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • There are no hidden charges unless a guest requests an upgrade or add-ons.

Secure Payments

  • All payments made on our platform are securely processed via Razorpay.
  • We do not store or access your credit/debit card information.
  • Multiple payment methods are accepted: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or cash (in some cases).

Walk-in Bookings

  • Walk-in customers will be charged the same rates as displayed on the website.
  • All payment methods accepted online are also accepted on-site.

Booking Policies

Booking Confirmation

  • Guests will receive a confirmation email and SMS after a successful booking, including the booking ID and details.

Cancellations

  • 'Pay at Hotel' bookings can be cancelled without charges, subject to the cancellation policy.
  • Prepaid bookings can be cancelled as per the structured cancellation timeline:
  • - More than 7 days before check-in: 75% refund
  • - Between 72 hours and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • - Less than 72 hours before check-in or No-Show/Early Departure: No refund
  • Staybook reserves the right to cancel bookings without refund in cases of misbehavior or rule violations.

Group Bookings

  • Bookings of 4 or more rooms are considered group bookings and will be handled by a Staybook representative.

Booking Details

  • Booking details must be accurate. Only Staybook representatives can edit incorrect details after booking.
  • You may not resell your booking at a higher rate. Doing so will result in cancellation.

Modifications

  • Changes to check-in or check-out dates can be made by contacting customer support.

Room Allotment and Upgrades

  • Rooms are allotted as per the booking. Upgrades are available at extra cost.
  • One child under the age of 5 can stay free with parents, subject to room occupancy.

Hotel Conduct

  • Visitors are allowed for one hour between 2 PM – 5 PM.
  • Smoking is prohibited in public areas.
  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property.
  • Violation of terms may lead to booking termination and eviction.

Promotions

  • Bookings via the official website include 10% off in-room dining.

Pet Policy

Pet Guidelines

  • Staybook Hotels are pet-friendly.
  • Pets are allowed only if they do not disturb other guests.
  • Pets are not allowed in public/common areas.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
  • A pet cleaning charge is applicable to maintain room hygiene for the next guest.

Staybook Quality Guarantees

Assurance

  • Spotless linens in every room.
  • Foam mattresses for comfort and support.
  • 24/7 hot and cold water in bathrooms with strong water pressure.
  • If a guest reports cleanliness issues within 1 hour of check-in, we will replace linens, change the room, or upgrade it at no cost (subject to availability). Complaints after 1 hour are not eligible.

Customer Service
