Had a really bad experience. The geyser was not working, the ac was not working, the bathroom towels were unclean. The dining waiter was very rude and unapologetic. The tap water had no pressure, no hot water available from basin. The check-in counter staff was unhelpful, there was no one to help me with the luggage. I had seen the previous 5 star ratings and opted for the hotel, to my dismay, they were all fake ratings. As a working professional who visited with the family, I would really discourage you to book this hotel. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:1

This is the first time we visited Udaipur we stayed in 206 and 207 room the room was ok but it should be more clean but and the staff were polite and helpful. The food taste can be better.
