It is a hotel and service to your guests is your duty but here the system is that they only offer service 1 time of tea and coffee that are too limited like 2-3 sachets. We were three people staying in a room but still there were no two glasses or cups of complimentary things accordingly. I think management needs to work because staff aren't responsible for it.
It's a 2 star hotel and the rates of the food are touching the sky, there were more hotels in that area with good prices and services. Kindly read this review before staying at this hotel Rooms:2 Service:2 Location:2

A Genuine Review I had booked room through Agoda . I reached the hotel on time. But they didn't accept the booking. They say that Agoda and Oyo are not accepted there. I had a talk with the hotel owner for accepting the booking but he also rejected it . Then l paid Rs 1000. At check-out time the receptionist changed..So I asked him whether I could book room through either Agoda or Oyo. He replied positively. Then l showed the receptionist my booking details. He told me that even though my booking had confirmed , I should have talked with the owner of the hotel. The receptionist called the owner but he didn't attend the call. It was great experience with newly built property (white flowers). Staff are very supportive. They hv served us dinner at mid night also as we doing party till late evening.

Had an incredible time here. The manager Mr. Dev was so welcoming, helped with each and everything. Mr. Dev made us feel at home so effortlessly. The room was spotless with stunning views.
