Probably the best Radisson group hotel I have ever stayed in. I was upgraded to a suite because of my VIP status, which was a lovely room. The bed was very comfortable and the Aircon was great at keeping the room cool. Great shower and everything was spotlessly clean. Most of all, the hotel was quiet. No noise from outside and no noisy guests or hotel staff. Room service food was good, although everything is vegetarian. Staff were amazing and super helpful. Only thing I would change would be the breakfast - the pastries were not good, and the "western" options were only baked beans and hash browns. I would really have liked some vegetarian sausages (do they even have them in India?). Breakfast room had a great view towards the lake though. I stayed at parallel resort for 6 days in April 2023 with my 12 year old . I really liked the newness in the hotel. Apart from the fab gym and jacuzzi etc what stood out is the staff service.
I was made to feel at home. The staff has been quite helpful and attended to my small customised requirements

The food in this hotel was the best I’ve ever had. Very high quality Indian dishes. The location is across from the Princess gardens and only a few minutes by car to the lakes.
