Hotel bhanwar niwas exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. Dear Hotel Manager,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had while trying to inquire about room availability at your Udaipur property.

On 10th sept 2025, I placed a call to your hotel around 4:30 a.m. to check on room bookings. To my shock, the staff member who answered responded in an extremely rude manner—shouting and using inappropriate language. This behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially towards a guest simply trying to make an inquiry.

As a reputed hotel, I had expected courtesy and hospitality from your staff. Instead, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. Such conduct not only damages the image of your establishment but also discourages potential guests from considering your property in the future.

I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. I would also appreciate a confirmation of the steps you plan to take to ensure this does not happen again.
