Had a pathetic experience. The food was awful. I ordered puri sabzi and buttermilk, the food was not bad but the drink was the worst part. Buttermilk was so sour, as if it was made with curd that has gone bad. The Rooms were smelling bad. Bedding, dust and garbage were all over the floor outside the rooms during day time (around 2 o'clock). I would recommend not to opt for this hotel and Restaurant, waste of money and time. The ambiance of the hotel was excellent, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I would like to give a special shout-out to Hotel Manager Mahipal Kandari, whose excellent service truly made my stay even more memorable.

Overall, I highly recommend NBDL Hotel to anyone visiting Haridwar. It's a great place to stay for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
