I am from Mauritius. Stayed in the hotel, Inde Golf Course Extension hotel for a study trip. Eating masala everyday was not something my digestive system could tolerate for long. While chatting with chef Dinesh Roy, I shared to him my concerns about the food culture of here and how much I was missing the Mauritian food. Chef Dinesh reassured me that he understands what type of food I want to eat and which would be good for my health. To my surprise, he prepared a typical Mauritian dish for supper, low in spice and no oil. A beautiful plate of salad well garnished, with steamed rice enrolled in banana leave, a tomato soup with curd bread were presented to us. What I really appreciated the most was that the Chef and his Staff members,chef Hussain ,Sandeep and Sonu, Chandra ket and Abdul and others are customer focus and has good communication skills.
We wholeheartedly savored the food prepared with attention, motherly love and devotion. This will be memorable for us and we wish them good luck in their career may they keep growing in their field of expertise and continue to be client -centered.
