The location is very nice. The hotel is clean also however rooms need a bit of upkeed. The equipments installed are new though they need maintenance. The food available downstairs in restaurant as well room service is very tasty.

I have been a frequent visitor to Mussoorie and always stay in Sandoz’s property located in the middle of the Mall Road. The ambience, hospitality and service is great..! Ajayji at the restaurant reception and manager is very service oriented and very helpful. The rooms were good too and have occupancy of 3. We booked 2 rooms and right in the middle of the mall road which is the hub for all shopping.
