Stayed at Junglebook recently with family and kids. Found it really good. Booked a tent and a cottage room, both were well maintained and clean with attached spacious bathrooms and a private sit out porch. Swimming pool was also clean and very well maintained. First of all the location is cheap! But fine if you're looking for one or two days.but the service is pathetic. And the staff is super rude and irresponsible. The rooms are dirty looks like someone has spitted on the walls the bedsheets are not clean . Somehow we adjusted but the toilet flusher was not working even after escalating thrice the staff didn't helped us. We contacted again that please come and check as it is urgency but he disconnected the call as well. I mean this is soooo rude of them I'm going to escalate this issue on Oyo as well . Just for two days spent here were so nice, it was our friends trip, we also had two jungle safaris, and got luck to spot the tigers, hence they say tiger easily nahi dikhta... it's Staff was so cooperative. Amazing place. Went there with friends. Very serene and scenic views in and around this resort. Surrounded with lush green and well maintained landscape. We booked both tent and cottage. Both are very clean and well maintained. The interiors are luxurious and the property is very well designed. Food is very good and tasty. Service is lightening quick and very good. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and shows very warm hospitality. Overall a best place to stay in Ranthambore. It was a very nice hotel and the room was quiet as well as the bathroom. The air conditioner and hot water were also in good condition. Helpful staff and it was a reasonable price. Excellent and Great location near rajendra Metro station and Market. The location is excellent. Walking distance of 300 meter rajendra palace metro station as well as Market. The rooms are neat having all basic amenities. Staff well mannered & supportive. Food quality & quantity served at pocket friendly prices. Tariff is also reasonably inclusive of all facilities. Family stays may also be convenient for travellers. Several famous Coaching centres for IAS preparation located. We stayed 2 nights as part of an Intrepid tour. We got the chance to stay in Clouds Valley 😀had a fantastic 2 nights/3 days with them, which included breakfast and dinner. This has been reserved by a functional corporate organisation. The hotel staff was always helpful and courteous. The hotel has six stories, and we were on the fifth level, which has an amazing view and rooms where really clean and well maintained ♥️🤞🏻. Dinner and breakfast were delicious must try stay dpot👌🏻👍🏻.The best part it's 1 km from Munnar which makes you travel easier to all the tourists spot reducing the time of travel. Flush don't work in toilet, despite multiple complaints they won't listen.
Lights not working in room
Television not working, and when complained about it instead of acknowledging it, they guy was arrogant enough to completely deny his fault and said television is working.
I asked for room cleaning in morning, " we will do in evening" was the reply

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and thats it. These hotel bathroom are stinks, I called reception to clean it. They told it's cleaned, but still it stinks. The service and response is very poor. It's very old hotel and rooms are bad and dirty. I don't think they will clean it properly.
Even food they will bring it from outside.

Very nice hotel nearby City palace and affordable price . Best part morning and night view of rooftop is awesome. and receptionist Mr.Santosh ji is very nice person and guide us properly to visit Local udaipur sightseeing.
