Bhupendra Singh was very rude in person and don't have any sense to talk with customers and how to deal coustomer , and was not very friendly in nature
They don't know how to deal a customers as a manager please teach him how to talk politely and calmly. Dera masuda is a 3 star hotel and not that much reputed as he talked that us.

Decent Experience, But Could Be Better
Gir Lion Safari was a good experience, but it didn’t fully meet expectations. While spotting the Asiatic lions was exciting, the chances felt unpredictable, and the waiting time was quite long. The safari could be better managed with improved facilities and clearer instructions for visitors. The natural beauty of the park is amazing, but better maintenance and organization would enhance the experience. Still, it’s worth a visit for wildlife lovers, but be prepared for some delays.
