First of all the location is cheap! But fine if you're looking for one or two days.but the service is pathetic. And the staff is super rude and irresponsible. The rooms are dirty looks like someone has spitted on the walls the bedsheets are not clean . Somehow we adjusted but the toilet flusher was not working even after escalating thrice the staff didn't helped us. We contacted again that please come and check as it is urgency but he disconnected the call as well. I mean this is soooo rude of them I'm going to escalate this issue on Oyo as well . I want my money back .such pathetic and rude staff .and just one suggestion to the room provider uncle "gutna thook k baat kia kro " Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:1

Garbage hotel not recommended. Only waiting area is clean rest is dirty so don't fall for the cleaner reception. Geyser not working cleanliness is zero, staff is lazy and staircase is not for older age. Staff is very arrogant and mannerless Rooms:1 Service:2 Location:2

It was a great experience with hotel hemvilas. I stayed there during New year, Luxury Room's, delicious food. Owner of the hotel is always there for make sure that guest doesn't have any problem...it was the great sign I realised..I will definitely come back next time and recommend to all who looks after the feeling of luxury property, greenery,near the park,I recommend all of them this property..,

Worst Hotel.
They Don't have Breakfast Facility and Offer 100 Rs to the guests that go somewhere and have Your breakfast. This is the level of Hospitality.
No Hot water.
Earthing in water.
They don't even has Jet Spray in Bathroom.
Dirty Linens Dirty Curtains
Dirty Rooftop like It is closed since Years.
They Call Staff According to the Size of Group.
Being a travel agent and a travel advisor I would Sincerely Not Recommended AnyOne to Book the Hotel. Book a Dharamshala Instead of this hotel. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:1

The stay was very nice with a proper view from our room. Food quality was just awesome and the rates were also very reasonable. Behaviour of the staff were also very good , sufficient hot water was there, Mall is just 5 mins away , we can have morning walk on Mall road behind Rajbhawan. Overall it was a good experience . Excellent stay!! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were really amazing people. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. Special mention to Mr. Amol for making our stay most memorable, Mr.Kuldeep our go to person!! Very patient and so polite. Good & Healthy food (prepared by finest chef👨‍🍳) and great hospitality! All the staffs made sure our needs are full-fully met and made us feel like home.
