The most pathetic place to stay... Everything abt this hotel is bad.. Firstly very filthy way to the hotel.. Dirty bedsheets.. Dirty torn towels.. Dirty bathroom.. They have timings fr everything..hot water, AC etc.. And room alloted to us was very dusty and tea stains on table.. Completely avoid this place..

Location excellent, staff really helpful and moved rooms when we asked. Large selection of TV channels, good sized room, decent bathroom with strong shower. If booking ahead ask to not be put in the ground floor room opposite the reception.

This hotel is amazing to stay. The new delhi railway station is closeby at a walkable distance from the hotel. Initially it is quite hectic to spot the hotel but you will get used to it. The bed is comfortable which can accomodate 3 people easily. The only drawback is this hotel gets hot water only between 4 AM to 12 PM.

Oyo rating of 4.7 starts is fake!!!! ,the owner makes you rate it 5 stars.. the hotel is inside a gali with very narrow lane very dangerous and risky.. the location itself is very poor just 3 feet wide lane , it's suffocating, rooms are not well maintained... Very very poor hotel.. Don't go for it!

Rooms are pretty good but the hotel is situated inside from the main road. It's hard to notice while traveling. You'll have to get in through small congested galis (small roads between buildings) to reach there. Wasn't happy with my booking there.

The way they submit the photos on oyo, its nothing like this. And once you will enter any room there is a unknown bad smell. Just hated that. And the path to reach the hotel is also very cozy (4 feet wide may be) lane about 150 meters. I will not visit them any further.

I check-in by viewing the rating of hotel on Google maps but when I entered in room there was lot of broken items. Dust was everywhere on each items. Telephone line was not working. Hot water not available in cold days. Staff's behavior was very rude.

Room located way inside frim road, you need to go through 5-7 feet narow gali to reach room, No hot water system availability for bath.. they give you bucket of hot water, room landline/telephone not working properly, extremely cold room not suitable if you're planning for winters, hotel staff are good

The entry has a public urinal and entrance is from the backside. The photos on the website must be taken ages ago as the bedsheets had stains and the cushions were old. Nice place to stay near New Delhi railway station. It is easy to find if you are good at Google maps. It gives you exact location of hotel. But it is located in a narrow lane. Rooms are good, i didn't ordered food but they provide the facility of food. Staff behaviour was also nice, they talked politely and served nicely.

The location is quite congested, but still manageable. The staff were very polite and even allowed us an early check-in since we arrived ahead of time. However, we ended up checking out the same day. Overall, it’s suitable for a short stay or just a few hours.
