This is Nice Hotel with a Pool. The Rooms have Aircon and plenty of Hot water with very good Pressure and the best are Comfortable. The Hotel Owners are Very Good people. A joy to to talk with in the evenings on the Terrace or Poolside. I highly recommend this Hotel. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

Wow it was a delightful experience and very relaxing at AH grand villa. Support staff specially nitish ji is very cooperative and helpful. Our stay was for 2 days and they made sure that my family suite is cleaned and well managed. Kids can have their private space as they have bunker bed which attracts the kids and open roof top bar..

A very well maintained British Era hotel in Nainital. Spacious rooms with heater and geyser facilities.

They have ample open area which can be used for walking or hosting party or any get together or function and they also have their own car parking facility.

During the day it's fine place with a lovely atmosphere and weather. It's situated at a height so even a small breeze also tends to be cold chilli winds after the sun is set.

So make sure even if you are visiting in summers do carry a woolen shawl, sweater, hoodie or a jacket.

We stayed here because of the closeness to Dalai Lama Temple. I am very happy with the service, the cleanliness, and the food. The guys went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast here is so good!!

I stayed during the busiest time of the year - holi festival. The place was full to the brim and the staff where a little overwhelmed by the mess left behind every morning by the parties from the night before. They were up early everyday cleaning up disrespectfully people's rubbish and I take my hat off to them for that.

The room was large, clean and comfortable and the outside garden was cleaned twice a day. The verandahs were swept and moped twice daily also. Every morning the guys cleaned the pool as well.

The staff seem to be local fellows and weren't super professional but they were learning and they were friendly and courteous and that's all you can ask for.
The hotel is far enough away so you don't here the hussle of the street traffic but still close enough to walk into town or nearby cafes for coffee etc. Rooms:5 Service:4 Location:4

Worst experience ever. Please avoid booking this hotel it will be a nightmare.

1) You will burn your lungs out to reach this hotel. It's too high from mall road don't fall for its location that says near to mall road.

2) Rooms are extremely small and in very bad condition. Dirty bedsheets, pillow covers etc. The ones that you see in the photos are nowhere to be found.

3) Staff is very rude. They will say NO to everything you ask for. We were denied a piece of lemon with our food they stated we don't give lemons.

4) Dirty Towels, Even after getting the towels replaced multiple times we couldn't get a clean towel.

5) We booked the room along with breakfast. They have restricted the amount of breakfast to an individual. 1 Parantha per person.

6) Hot Water comes only in the morning for couple of hours.
They say it's 3 star hotel. Trust me it's not. I am writing this review while sitting the lobby of the property and I have still have 2 nights of torture to bear. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:1

Stayed here for a night with family. Location is superb and overall this resort is very nice. Staff is helpful & polite. Food was delicious. Rooms need little bit of more attention from maintenance/room service team. Otherwise hotel is very nice offering some nice views of nearby locations.
