I am so happy I only booked it for one night! Overall quite a bad experience:

1. The rooms look nothing like the pictures you see online. They are very small and lack basic amenities.

2. There were holes in the bed sheets.

3. The bathroom was barely operational!

4. The hotel manager took my phone to confirm my reservation and he rated with 5 stars the hotel without telling me!! I feel that this is why it looks like it has good reviews! Unacceptable!!

5. They only accept cash.

The area is not couple friendly.

I just booked a room, looking at the price point, star rating and proximity to the railway station, and,
Visited there with my wife, looked at the premise from outside, but hadn't even entered the premise.
Must say, It does not looks like, what it is shown in google photos,

People of that area, started calling us, "sir hamaare yaha dekhlo, dekhne k paise nahi lagte, cheap rate me dilwa dunga".

Location is close to New Delhi Railway station (Around 1.5KM) and would cost around 10/- from station to hotel ( e rikshaw).
Service is good and fast.

Recently 5days back I reached India, I have small dog 🐕 morning I searched for per friendly hotels in Google then I found this, I called them and they said 1300 first I asked clearly about pet they said no need to pay anything if it's calm. I asaked again and again about my pet dog and food he said no need to pay anything when I reached I checked in and I said I will pay 500 only remaining money I will pay when I will check out he said ok. After entering the room I found one menu and I called the kitchen to order food I was about to order meals then he said no mam this is breakfast time so you have to order breakfast I said ok I will decide and i will call again I called then he said no need to pay for breakfast it's free, again I asked do I have to pay he said mam we provide breakfast. Then I ordered paneer paratha, puri bajji, mango juice to be frank after reaching india that is my first food platter I was so excited but the paneer paratha was not cooked, puri achar was spoiled, I ordered mango juice they gave maza 🥺🤢🤢the plate was not even washed unhygienic and waste. Coming to the check out I went down I asked bro I'm visiting delhi for the first time could you please check my train ticket and let me know which railway station I have to go he saw my ticket he said and then he opened their hotel dairy and he is asking me to pay 2000 I was like I have already paid 500 and my complte money is 1300 he is said mam u have pet and you ordered food also I said I confirmed you guys said need not to pay now you are saying I have to pay please let me go I have my train within 2hours I don't even know how to go because I have 2big trolley bags and one hand bag one college bad and one pet bag but he shouted very badly he insulted me he was very rude he said her ticket is first class but she is not paying money for hotel I said bro I don't have money now I will pay 1000 because I have only 1500 left he shouted on me finally I paid 1150 they blamed me .......it's a very big story
