The resort was one of the best resort I have ever visited. The scenic beauty was mind blowing, lapsed in the forge of Nature, with river flowing by. The amenities in the resort were excellent, with hygiene, cleanliness, spacious rooms, clean washrooms, proper water supply, and overall I would say the luxurious feel of everything. Apart from this, the stay experience was enhanced by the staff and manager with concerned and attending behaviour and cooperative nature. Just demand and get the things done. Staff would fulfill any possible requirement. The food was just awesome and the team of kitchen is really well concerned with timely serving of food. In February 2024 me and my friend booked for four days. The room stay was very comfortable for us, breakfast complimentary was good.

The main thing we recommend about this Hotel is SAFETY(5 stars). We are from Tamilnadu and on the first day we reached Delhi Airport around 1PM, from there we booked UBER to reach Hotel B Continental. The price for the ride shown to us is 466 but the driver demanded 1000. In a new place at midnight the cab driver was literally cheating on us and demanding to pay the price. On hearing our chats the Hotel B Continental manager Mr. Kailash and his staff came to rescue us. They stood by our side and safely made us go inside even when the cab driver was rude to us. Hotel staff stopped him and saved us by not letting him in. The cab driver on seeing the staff support had no choice than getting the right fare and left the place.
In a place like Delhi and we are new to the city, Hotel B Continental staff really helped us a lot in saving us from a fraudster cab driver. We personally thank Mr.Kailash and his staff for the great support.

So if you are new to Delhi we highly recommend Hotel B Continental for a very safe stay.

We did not stay at the haveli but all our travel plans in Rajasthan were arranged by Himanshu. He provided support and help that went over and above what he charged us. We ate at the rooftop restaurant where we felt like we were sharing a meal with family. This is a beautiful family run place with good, kind, helpful people. I cannot recommend enough. The charm of it being in the old city overlooking the fort was really nice.

Although we didn’t use it due to the hot weather, The balcony would’ve been nice for a drink or breakfast in the morning or watching the sunset with the many fruit bats outside.

The window ledge in the room was nice to sit in and relax with the stained glass windows shining colours into the bedroom.

The hotel owners are lovely people and give you a nice Indian welcome when you arrive and answer any queries you have.

Despite the occasional power cut, which was inevitable, the air-conditioning was also good quality.

Hotel is run by many people in the same family so it is nice to meet them throughout your stay.

I would give it 5 stars due to the excellent courteous service, peaceful location (In Mcleodganj at a height where there is not too much traffic yet at a walking distance to Bhagsunag market and dhaba eateries) and a very cozy bed.
What else would you need. They proactively ask you if you need anything at all. Plus their food is very fresh and tasty. We loved the breakfast and the exceptional customer service.
