We, four elderly couples from West Bengal, stayed for a night in Hotel Divud Ecom, Amritsar, on May 04, 2024, on way back from our beautiful Himachal Pradesh tour. This budget-friendly hotel is located in the very busy Golden Temple area of Amritsar. We could go to visit the Golden Temple and Jalianwalla Bagh on foot from here - both are only a few metres away from the hotel. But the hustle and bustle of the surrounding marketplace could not disturb the serenity of the hotel. The reception and the room service rendered by the soft-spoken polite staff were hearty. The rooms and the toilets were hygienically maintained. The airconditioning and the elevator were up to the mark. The only drawback was its non-functioning restaurant. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

We stayed for 4 nights and the hospitality by the staff excellent. Their entire team was good, particularly Nitin bhai was very caring and made our stay a very comfortable one. It is located closer to the Golden temple and other place of interest. Room was neat and clean and they were flexible with our needs. The restaurant food was good, and Nitin himself prepared our special request for Upma and their Poha was also good. It's a treat to have some one like Nitin in any organisation. Let me share my experience with you. I have stayed in this hotel two times and I have booked this hotel for the third time from 19th Jan to 21st Jan through goibibo. Unfortunately my mother in law met with an accident on 18th Jan and I need to cancel this trip, however, as per the cancellation policy I was not able to cancel the booking. I contact goibibo and request them for the refund, at first hotel denied the refund, however, I told my situation and shared all the necessary medical documents with them. They initiate the complete refund back to me. Cheers to this hotel and goibibo who really looks into the customer shoe, and help them in such cases. Definitely going to stay in this hotel next month. Was well worth the price as it was in the affordable range, around 50m from golden temple, had geyser for warm water, staff was responsive and supportive

Ms. Naaz helped me plan my trip ahead and is a really nice lady, and i had to leave early morning for my flight ( was out at 3:30am ) and the staff then helped me catch a ride that early.

I personally preferred to pr-book via online profiles. But for the 2nd day i had booked from there only and they didn't overcharged!
