This is a genuinely excellent hotel, and we had a great stay from start to finish. The front desk is friendly and helpful throughout the day and evening.
Our room was inside but very comfortable with pleasant lighting. For a change, the heating panel worked instantly, and we were able to maintain a cosy temperature. There was plenty of hot water in the modern bathroom.
We couldn't sort out the TV, but that seems par for the course in India. Breakfast was taken on 6th floor and was adequate. The hotel is close to the bus stand, and there are eateries close by. It was a 10-15 mins walk to the Golden Temple Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:4
