Truly a beautiful mansion, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.

The general comment about the hotel is good. But certain areas are to be improved. Especially, buffet should start on time.Number of seats in the buffet hall becomes insufficient when large number of inmates comes. Parking facility is

We had booked 1 night here but ended up extending it and staying 3! After 2 weeks of travelling around and staying in budget hotels, the peacefulness of this hotel was well needed, as well as the chance to relax at the rooftop pool and to have an actual hot, powerful shower!!
The hotel is a little bit out of the way of anything - a 10/15 minute drive into the centre, but very cheap in an Uber so not a major issue. It also states being a “lake view hotel” however there are only 4 rooms with a lake view apparently and the lake is at quite a distance. Nevertheless, you get an excellent view of the lake from the rooftop area, as well as an excellent view of the sunset!
The rooms and other areas of the hotel are very modern and meticulously clean and tidy. The staff are constantly cleaning the corridor floors to keep the place looking presentable.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and responded promptly to all of our requests, not just with bringing us drinks, but with booking and paying for our taxi to the bus stop and on another occasion talking to our Uber driver on the phone when we had some issues with communication! Thanks to Sharwan for making our stay as comfortable as it was!
The food at the hotel was excellent. There was a wide range to choose from for breakfast that was always filled up and hot. We also ate in the restaurant twice on an evening and once during the day. All food was so tasty and very reasonably priced - the potato wedges were the best potato wedges we have ever had 😍 We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Udaipur! Had a good experience during our stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful especially the restaurant staff. Ms.Nirupama and Mr.Krishnendu waited upon us and served us very well.,they were always cheerful and courteous..The swimming pool was not very deep(ard 4ft) and hence apt for our kids(aged 8and 10) to swim without any risk! Was clean too. Room was spacious with a large soft bed.24 hrs hot water was available.almost all the main attractions like zoo are ard 20 minutes from the hotel.The only problem is the reception where the staff can be a bit more courteous and quick. This was the most modern hotel I have stayed in during my stay in India so far! The rooms were very spacious and really clean with AC and fan provided in room. I was impressed with the bathrooms as the shower had hot water and nice pressure which I have not come across much during my travels which was a pleasant surprise! The restaurant is big and spacious, I ate frequently at the hotel with lots of choice provided for breakfast alongside an evening and lunch menu. Food was very flavoursome and my personal favourite of potato wedges must be tried! The hotel pool and terrace is not to be missed and perfect for relaxing. The views are spectacular and is a real hidden gem. I enjoyed this hotel that much I extended my original stay from 1 night to 3 allowing me more to to explore Udaipur as well as some quality relaxation time on the roof terrace! The hotel is around 10/15 minutes from lake pichola and city palace which was ideal for me as it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful but not too far that it was a chore getting to places. Sharwan and all the staff could not do enough for me, ever so friendly and accommodating every request, even letting me keep my room until my next transport was due!
