I stayed just 1 day but I just couldn't resist the beauty and authenticity of this place. I felt royal since I entered, this place is an actual palace converted to hotel well I wouldn't say converted because the vibe still feels the same I can bet. The staff is very sweet , polite and amazing. This place is also literally next to Nanital lake and mall road. The View from the hotel is amazingly awesome. I was welcomed with a mango special drink which was delicious. This is nearly about 200yrs old property and gives that vibe as well. Open siting area and indoor waiting room is very romantic and peaceful.

Visited in February 2024 with family for 3 days, had a wonderful time at hotel. Very nice rooms, luckily got a lake facing suite. Very good, polite staff, helped and guided us. It's near market place, Naini lake etc. Food was really good, sumptuous tasty breakfast, particularly the ladies at restaurant - Simran and Pooja looked after us like family and are very good natured (wish them more success and rise in life). I personally liked this hotel as it is at very good location and the weather is really nice and the staff are very polite and they are on time and punctual....
