I went Agra just to see Taj Mahal. Taj heritage was booked by my travel Agent. He booked Taj View Room for me . When I entered in the room and opened window I was surprised to see Taj Mahal.||I was an incredible feeling. I am really happy with the hotel and staff.

we were a group of 25 people, stayed here in taj Heritage by Alsafar India, must say the best thing which we like is hospitality and management is so well, rooms are very good if we compare the price which is so competitive, close to tajmahal..a good hotel with lot of goodness.

Hot water was not available. Tap water was not there during morning . Drinking water was not provided. We had to buy bottled water. Food was not good. Dinner was tasteless. For breakfast they gave bread toast which was burnt. When we complained they said this is how it is made.

Nice and helpful staff. Good rooms with comfortable beds and decent bathroom. Only problem is there's no warm water in the shower, but we didn't bother calling the reception so I can't say if that's their fault or ours.

Worse experience in all my life in a Hostel. I visited 20 countries and seen a lot of places to stay but this hostel was the worse. The photos are from the beginning and nothing is like that anymore. The hostel is disgusting, you have dirt on sheets. The walls are all of dirt.

Taj Heritage is the worst Hotel ever, The Owner & staff are frauds, they are so Cheap that they Charge for AC Room & switch off the MCB so that you are not able to Use it. Staff is Cheap & Rude, Manager / Owner is also a Big Fraud & supports their rude staff. NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS FRAUD, RUDE, STUPID HOTEL.
