Location is good...around 4.5 KM from Kashi Temple. The luxury rooms are just ok but massive scope of improvement is there for amenities. It's a dated hotel and needs to pick-up the pace. Staff is good. In-house restaurant is good. Buffet was damn awsome . At the price the amenities should be improved further. This hotel located at the centre of Pandri Market main road is one of the oldest hotels of Raipur. Location is what attracts me to this place besides its good food. The variety of food is although limited is sufficient to satisfy most customers. Parking is becoming an issue here due to over crowding specially during weekends. The hotel is extremely well maintained and staff is very cordial however the service is sluggish and the staff serving food is not very well trained. One of the best camps in Sam area, their services and facilities are great, especially Ali bhai, hospitality was great, we enjoyed our time there, they have all the basic amenities, Jeep safari, camel ride, dance and dinner, swimming pool, variety of camps, great place for friends and families Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

Rooms are newly built. Renovation was still going on in the hotel but the noise from it was bearable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Manager Deepak is great and showed us the property. Loved the breakfast buffet.. They had a bakery section.. continental.. North Indian.. South Indian .. Sprouts ... Fruit cuts .. juices .. tea ... The list is quite big and food quality was great... we in fact had lunch in the in-house restaurant.. service was slow but food was really good.. price wise decent in terms of hotel room price and in-house restaurant is fine dining so no complaints.
