The location of the hotel is good as it is in the City area and close to the Train Station.

When you arrive at the location, you better get help for your baggage as you have to climb up and down a steep, narrow staircase to get to the location and your room.

The room was sort of clean, but the side tables and corners of the room, the bed, etc, were very dusty and dirty. The bedding was stained, and the head board and sheets were stained and dirty. There were bugs and cockroaches. I asked them to spray and clean, but the can ran out as they were spraying, and they didn't have a spare one. The bathroom was ok in cleanliness, but the commode was filthy!

The main gentleman at the reception was nice, helpful, and cooperative, but the staff could use a lot of hospitality training.

The location is not safe. Staffs are really rude and do not have a basic manner to talk. Services are below the low level and the rooms are not clean.. there's paan everywhere in the room.
The food is not good and they don't even have the enough chairs to sit on while eating.

An extra ordinary place in Ranthambore, full of peace, exactly as the name suggests, near the jungle, near the nature.

The tents are too cool and has all the basic necessary amenities, sanitization, hot water, heater, big tent room in front of mesmerizing garden.

Walking late at night under roof of clear sky , and bright moon & stars is my favourite part.

Has large swimming pool as well. Moreover, the owner/host of the place was too polite and kept sure, the guests have a wonderful stay.The food quality is above average but its edible and less expensive. This was the first time I have check in a hotel which lacks in basic amenities which make a hotel a hotel. I don’t know how they are maintaining the title of a hotel even. When we talk about rooms there is a bed for sleeping and dirty sheets leaking washroom stinking and dampness on the walls.they don’t have a electrical cattle to make a cup of tea, no water bottles, they fill the kettle, so you can drink water at night. Very bad service, ác doesn’t work properly. The people at the reception are money minded. They don’t remind you that it is checkout time and then ask money from you. No water bottles provided even no toiletries were present in the bathroom. The bed sheet and towels are not washed properly. Worst experience. Not at all recommendable to stay at this place.
