A very decent hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little improvement in the lighting and furniture would make it even better.

The washrooms are quite compact, which might be a bit inconvenient for some.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was comfortable. The room was neat and cosy. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

However, I had a few concerns regarding the hotel staff. Unfortunately, the service was quite lacking in terms of friendliness. None of the staff members greeted me with a smile or appeared approachable during my stay. It was particularly noticeable during breakfast, where it was a struggle to get a waiter’s attention to place my order. No one checked in to see if I needed anything, which made me feel somewhat ignored.
While the stay was great in terms of comfort and amenities, the staff-guest interaction is an area that could definitely use improvement. Rooms:5 Service:1 Location:3

I had an amazing stay here in December! The room was spotless and comfortable, the restaurant served delicious food with excellent service, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Hotel is renovated now and takes around 30 minutes to reach from Airport. It is located in industrial area with many offices nearby. It's at a prime location and can easily access other areas in Mumbai.

After the renovation interiors are good including the restaurant. Although space in the room is not that great can easily accommodate 2 people. Bedspread, Quilt, Pillow covers are new and maintained good.
Restaurant food is good. However, during the breakfast staff has to take care of their guest properly. Whoever sits at the other end had to wait patiently for them to serve the water, provide cutlery or to take live orders. I had to tell them 3 times to bring the cutlery and by the time they brought it food was not warm. At least while asking for the room number they should serve the water and ask if there are any requirement Rooms:4 Service:3 Location:4

Firstly, this is a good and value for money hotel.

Excellent rooms and great maintenance of rooms. Some bigger and more expensive hotels too don't match this.

The breakfast buffet was average. There is scope for improvement here.

Service is excellent and I think this is a highlight.

Some things which can be better are:
1. Charging sockets in rooms - only one for 2 beds. Each bed should have had one.
2. Safes in rooms are not working - this needs fixing
3. MakeMyTrip mentioned iron boards and steam iron facility in rooms - this is missing.
Work desk, lighting in room, beds, etc. were all great. On the whole, best value for money hotel around the area. Rooms:5 Service:4 Location:4
