I stayed in the hotel for three nights with family. Hotel rooms were not bad but there's lack of maintenance. Food quality is also not upto the mark. Entrance to the hotel is also tricky. Service is so so but behaviour of the staff and manager is really good.

Elite hotels is located close to the mall road. With beautiful rooms and great scenic beauty coupled with good customer service, it was a pleasant stay here at Elite hotels. However, the restaurant though beautifully decorated, the beahaviour of the staff at the restaurant is not good.

This hotel is a scam! They don't even give you drinking water. They force you to buy water. I had to ask hundred times for basic things like soap and towel. For 5 days my family suffered at their hotel because we had made an advanced payment. I will go to consumer court against them. Horrible experience

Worst Hotel no lift in bathroom system doesn't work and the exact location from Mall road is very far. No lift and it's nightmare for old aged people's and there's is no restaurant for food people have to travel long. No services is given by the hotel staff

I had paid the amount for this hotel. Due to my personal commitments I had to cancel the booking after the refund date but still there was 10 days available for getting the refund. The hotel and goibibo done nothing to even pay some refunds. Guys beware of these hotels and their fake policies.
