We were in ground floor view but believe me it was a huge letdown. Nothing can be seen from windows except some trees. The room was decent. It was surprising to find out that they didn't offer Wi-Fi only the reception area had wifi. There was no room cleaning service, In addition, it was odd that guests had to specify what they wanted to be cleaned during their stay.
