The stay was very nice with a proper view from our room. Food quality was just awesome and the rates were also very reasonable. Behaviour of the staff were also very good , sufficient hot water was there, Mall is just 5 mins away , we can have morning walk on Mall road behind Rajbhawan. Overall it was a good experience . The usp of this hotel is its location. There is a Kanchenjunga viewpoint just a few steps from the hotel. We were given rooms on the third floor. Although the room was small and had a damp wall on one side, it had more or less all the necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and courteous. Food is a bit pricey here especially the Bengali dishes. We tried veg Maggie for breakfast. It was delicious. Overall it was a good experience for a one night stay. Thank you Dreamland. The best part of this hotel is its location very near to the Mall with some rooms having great mountain view. Their weakness is their poor maintenance of the rooms and washrooms with insects etc seen. Maximumum price should be 2500 per night for their best rooms on fifth floor. Anything above that makes it overpriced. Rooms:1 Service:3 Location:4

One of the worst hotel. Very bad behaviour. They are cheaters. Me and my family really had a very bad experience in this hotel. While booking they said that they will provide a luxary view room but they didn't provide us with a normal room. They charged us for a luxary room!! We really had a worst experience. My trip was from
21.10.2023 to 24.10.2023. Manager Saibal babu and all other staffs are very much supportive and cordial. Quality of foods are very good and homely. Location is superb. But the rooms are very small. Rooms:4 Service:5 Location:5

The location is the usp of this hotel, located near Darjeeling Raj Bhaban and next to the observatory point. However, rooms are clumsy though fitted with modern amenities. Staff are young but inexperienced. A bit of zeal among them will ensure the hotel to achieve greater heights in hospitality industry Rooms:4 Service:3 Location:5

We were in ground floor view but believe me it was a huge letdown. Nothing can be seen from windows except some trees. The room was decent. It was surprising to find out that they didn't offer Wi-Fi only the reception area had wifi. There was no room cleaning service, In addition, it was odd that guests had to specify what they wanted to be cleaned during their stay. Overall, they provide good hospitality.

Overall, I had an amazing experience at Dreamland hotel Darjeeling. Our room was very clean and was very comfortable for 3 people. The staff were very well-behaved and were very cooperative. It's the third time for me at Dreamland Hotel and I would definitely recommend everybody a must-visit here. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

Located besides Darjeeling Cafe house near Raj Bhaban. Reasonable Price. There are few mountain view and maximum non view rooms. But there is a common balcony on every floor so you can enjoy a fantastic view with a cup of darjeeling tea. Wifi available. Rooms:4 Service:4 Location:5

Hotel Dreamland Darjeeling is located near Governor's house and about 10 mins walk to the main Mall Market area. Some rooms have great view. The hotel is calm and quiet though very close to the Mall. The food is available on pre order basis and limited option. Service could be better and few rooms need maintenance. Rooms:4 Service:2 Location:4
