The rooms and services they provide are very good as compared to many other hotels in Manali. The food is excellent. Here's my rating out of 5. I will give 4.5 stars for there well maintained and luxurious room, 4 stars for food and 3.5 stars for the terrif and the parking space available.!!

It's the best Hotel to stay in Manali for me. Its 4-star hotel with all sorts of amenities the 4-star hotel should opt for. From luxury rooms for fine dining. Stayed at the property with a group of 14 people and everyone was surprised by the hospitality. Special mention to Mr. Salim from central reservation and Mr Rammurti from reception. The pictures of the hotel are grossly in accurate and deceiving. No Garden, No Play area. The room fixtures were damaged and unhygienic. Location ambience and tranquility is horrible. The staff was very unhelpful and coercive. The billing system was predatory.
