I recommend to all you can go for it is the best hotel in Ujjain ,,I am very much satisfied with hotel and hotel staff ,,,I left my 5 bags in hotel's lockers room because I was in omkareshwar that day ,,,,I was getting late to collect my bags direct to hotel because my train was about to come on station ,,,they help me to send my bags to station with the help of auto rickshaw ... And I got my train before only 1 minute... Never expected for this help ....... .. thank you Gujrat heritage ..... I love this service... Stayed here for 2 days, And I'd say it was the best hotel we found near Nakki lake. Everything is near by from here. And plus point is, You can rent an Activa or Bike from just outside the Hotel.

Staff is also well mannered, and food quality of restaurant is good as well.
