ALERT! Huge safety and security breach

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Corbett Mystic Inn. One of our 6yo fell into an open gutter on the way from the main entrance to the play area within Corbett Mystic Inn premises. The gutter lid was left open, posing a significant safety hazard. The staff's response was very disappointing. They tried to hide the issue and were uncooperative in investigating it to prevent future incidents. Other safety issue that I wanted to mention swimming pool. There is huge safety concern around swimming pool that may pose a serious risk to visitors, especially children.

Initially, we were told that the camera covering that area was not working. When I pointed out that it is illegal for security cameras not to be functional, they changed their story and claimed there were no cameras in that area at all. This lack of transparency and honesty is alarming. This incident represents a significant safety and security breach. Rooms:4 Service:2 Location:1

1.First of all They don't have any high commode
2. Their AC condition is too bad and it doesn’t cool down room temperature.
3. Bed sheets, pillows were really dirty. So if you are hygiene about your room then please don't choose this hotel
4. They are truly fraud, don't pay room rents before seeing the room condition. They will not refund you. Please note it down. I was badly harassed.
5. Location is in a dirty place and seems unsafe to me.
6 This hotel is not preferable for anyone. Specially for foreigners. 7. And the last thing is, don't be pleased easily with their sweetish languages. They are just trying to rob you. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:1

This hotel is really over priced specially food. Not at all worth it at this price. Also location is difficult to reach and staff dont guide much and also not very welcoming.

This is the worst hotel in Delhi
The staff is also nice. Room to full cost 200rs-300rs only the room is as in the photo it is not that much Don't want a hotel for the family. The job with the customer was finalized. After taking payment he turns away from his bat. Our zagda ke jada paise do to room dege bolet hai nahi khal kro bote hai. Service is very poor, Wi-Fi password is given after 2 days, water card is given after 3 hours. The bathroom of the hotel is completely bad and there is water stagnation, there is no service even after being told. You are requested to customarily do not go to any hotel, do not waste your money, do not put your family at risk, and do not go to any hotel. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:null

My stay here this past weekend was lovely. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. This place is a little hidden jewel between Ajmer and Udaipur. As a solo female traveler, I very much appreciated the hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness of the staff. They were very respectful and considerate of my needs, as I had an event I had to attend nearby and they helped with transportation. The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. I thought the price was a great value for the service and place. I definitely would like to return to see the river that forms near the grounds after the monsoon season. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

The stay at BnK Grand was the worst hotel experience ever.

The rooms are very small as compared to how they are displayed in their pictures.

Bathroom water flows into the room when you take bath.

The staff (especially Vikas Pandey who sits at the check in counter) is absolutely hopeless and bad mannered. They dont know how to run a hotel.

It shows breakfast included but what they mean is that they will bring you anything from the outside to eat and you have to eat it on your bed because there is literally no other space.

Lastly, they dont reveal the exact location and just show near kashi vishwanath temple. While that is true, the property is situated deep within the streets.

CHECKOUT DATE UPDATE:

There was not a single person to help us with our bags while checking out. Im travelling with my old parents and my sister and I had to carry multiple bags. One other person who sits at the reception made me delete my review before because "it was affecting their business" but im adding it back because family travellers like us need to be careful before booking such places.

Absolutely worst staff and management.
