Prime Grand Hotel | Hotels in Mumbai City

It doesn't have lift. They offer very limited breakfast options. No hot water available in the shower. The flush wasn't working. After complaining for a couple of times, no one tended to it. Also, the location is a bit messy

Rooms are neat and the service is good. The street is very narrow but you get the transport very easily. Swiggy and Zomato can reach this easily. Except one or two times, all the ola cabs can be easily avail. They can arrange transport for airport and it's very near. Pheonix and BKC also very near that takes 15-20 min by auto.

Hotel is walkable distance from asalpha metro station. Rooms are good .hotel service is prompt and the manager Wakar is very approachable and Friendly to get the required things done.

Its really a worst hotel, 5 star ratings are all fake. very hard to find a parking space, and they say free parking, it's in between the slums. And it is also inside from the main road so it's hard to find the hotel also. at same budget you will get a better hotel on the main road. not recommended to anyone

It's ok for the money they charged but it's located in a horrible location where u can't even take your cab/car. Also it's right next to a mosque so Azaan will wake u up early morning. Not at all recommended.

Such a wonderful hotel. I stayed here for 15 days and the people were really nice to me. They helped me with everything and being a female I felt safe at the hotel. They helped me with all the information about Mumbai and their service was great.

The hotel itself if pretty decent, the rooms are average size compared to other hotels in Mumbai. And priced economically as well, the buffet was very simple with just few dishes. The hotel has no lift, have to rely on Bellboy to take luggages. It's located in very narrow street. Approach road might be challenging.

I visited this hotel which was neat and clean it is near airport and 1 min walkable distance from metro station, check in process was smooth and I was quickly escorted to my room, breakfast was delightful and room was specious and clean, will surely visit again
