2. Management: The manager Anusha, the service guy Anmol are the perfect people to receive you as guests and meet all your needs, by all, I mean ALL. Anmol is the go to guy for all things. 3. Location: If you want to just cut off from the hustle bustle of life, go stay there. It is remote - tea garden around. You can take a walk and hang out and be all by yourself. Excellent place, what a wonderful hospitality by Barry Stephen, who have donea great job in helping us with easy checking and the food was also very tasty.Rooms were very clean and the bathrooms we'll maintained. Play ground is nice and the swimming pool is well maintained.

Peaceful clean and good rooms with very helpful staff. We went there with out 1 year old baby. The rooms and whole resort is so clean such that my baby roamed around and had fun. They provided great food for breakfast and didnt charge for the baby food.

What an amazing find this was. We did the booking after looking at pics and videos online. What we didn’t see was the amazing service and hospitality shown by the staff. To complement the mesmerizing views all around there was freshly prepared food made to order. The staff was considerate enough to accomodate our food preferences without a fuss. Nestled on a hill top, the property has breathtaking views all around. The food is good. The dine in facility has a heritage look and is elegantly done. This was an amazing find at a fantastic rate. We visited Darjeeling and decided to stay here for 1 night before returning to Kolkata. An absolute hidden gem! The property rests on a mountain top flat, which gives a picturesque view of the mountains and the valley. The property itself has limited rooms, because of which the quality of service is pretty good.
The food served is prepared by the chef there and it is very good.
The sunset point within the property is a good short hike and a great place to spend evenings at.
A great place to be, far from the madding crowd.

We had a great time staying in this resort as this resort is facing tea garden. You get awesome view of the tea garden from the room. Also the hospitality of the staff is wonderful. The quality of the food is very good and Ansua helped us with the car booking for local sight seeing. Also the resort is really well made and we really liked the ambience. Rooms are good, behaviour of staffs very cordial but only one front view facing room, expecting more rooms in near future, foods are good but too much spicy.

Amazing experience in this homestay at Runglee Tea Estate. Check the pictures for the views. One of the best homestays I have ever stayed at. The superior rooms have amazing views. The rooms are spacious. Lovely sitting area. This place is right out from one of those postcards. You can go for a walk and explore the tea estate.
