Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed alone at the property.

Passport, Aadhar, Driving License, and Govt. IDs are accepted as ID proof(s).

If canceled before seven days: 85% refund, Between 7 days-72 hrs: 50% refund, Less than 72 hrs, No-Shows or Early Checkout: No refund.

Valid photo ID is required for guests above 18.

Acceptable IDs: Driver's License, Voter's Card, Passport, Ration Card.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

Staybook will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the Hotel due to the aforesaid reason. Updates are subject to applicable charges,
