Review Title: Disappointing Experience with Rude Staff

I recently visited mango suites, and I was shocked by the arrogant and rude behavior of the staff. From the moment I arrived, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

Their lack of basic courtesy and unwillingness to help made the entire experience unpleasant. It’s unacceptable for customers to be treated with such disrespect, especially when we are paying for a service or product.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff on proper customer service etiquette. This behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and discourages repeat visits. Rooms:null Service:1 Location:null

I came from all the way from Somalia and I choose this hotel , it was very nice and clean the hospitality and welcoming was good , I’ve been dealing all the stuff and asking their recommendations especially Mohamed Ibrahim who works night and Habib who works day time , their advise staying in the hotel and over all responding all my need was amazing. I just didn’t like the spray they put in the from and it’s optional you can tell them don’t put it.

And btw I never tried their food , I was always rushing meetings
