I stayed there for 4 days everything was good. Room was nice not too big not too small, ac was not cooling much and ceiling fan is missing, bathroom was good. The location is good everything is nearby. Service was good. The receptionist was very good I don’t know her name. Definitely recommended.

The housekeeping wasn’t all that great but I’m sure they will work to improve on it. I really like the receptionist- her name was Anasuya. Such a great girl with a friendly and welcoming personality. She made me feel really welcome despite my short stay. Wishing her all the best!

Rooms were good but service needs to be improved quite a lot. Important note - Outside food is not allowed. If you order something online from swiggy or Zomato, they parcel will be delivered only after the security check.

Has been my permanent place to stay in whenever I visit the city. Very warm reception and hospitality, food options are fine. Although the service and food quality has dropped in recent months, but still quite decent. And the location is terrific.

Had a really great stay at the Avenue, Ballygunge. Everything ranging from rooms, to the food and the service was really good. I had to extend my stay but the process was really hassle free thanks to the seamless handling of the situation by the staff. Special mention to Ms Manmeet at the reception desk.
