It was great experience with newly built property (white flowers). Staff are very supportive. They hv served us dinner at mid night also as we doing party till late evening.

Had an incredible time here. The manager Mr. Dev was so welcoming, helped with each and everything. Mr. Dev made us feel at home so effortlessly. The room was spotless with stunning views. The food was excellent, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. The pool was perfect for relaxing. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it a truly memorable stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at 9Bows with my friends to ring in the New Year, and I must say, it was an absolutely unforgettable experience!

It was one of our hotel hunt , room are clean and beautiful , facing valley view and most importantly the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Regretted for not staying in there . Located about 400mtr from Varanasi cantt railway station.
The room cost me Rs 3300 but wasn't worth the money, this was one of the most pathetic stays of my life as the room was full of cockroaches. I have attached a video of the same. Everything you touch and every place your eyes travel to, you'll see cockroaches crawling freely.

I stayed there for a week, i think i would have killed more than 50-60 myself and there were so so so many more.

They were on bed, cupboard, washroom, table and utensils everywhere.

If I talk about the service, The food you get will never be what you ordered. However they would deliver within 20 min. But since i lived there for a week as mentioned earlier, only once I got the right order, otherwise everyday they sent anything they wanted irrespective of whether you liked it or not.

The kitchen staff won't pick calls often and i had to call reception.

Water was not given to me for all 7 days, i had to arrange it from outside.

Very bad experience!
Since it was booked for me from my office and it was pre-paid i didn't have a choice to move out but never again am I going back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:4
