During 8 day stay the bed linens were rarely changed, sofa and AC were in horrible condition. Complimentary items like soaps shampoo, water and tea items were provided only when you ask. Breakfast was OK. Only good thing about this hotel was location.

They have given a newly renovated room. All the amenities were good except the loud snoring AC. Surprisingly TV has all the necessary channels. The people are helpful and food is okay. The complementary breakfast menu could have been better in quality as well as serving. The location is very good from station and bus stand.
