Hotel bhanwar niwas exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. I would We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bhanwar Niwas. Resort is good food is also good staff is also good.
But in evening live music is not up to mark it should more better. Dear roar team kindly work on it add some live music team like total crew member.

Bhanwar Niwas Hotel may have the charm of heritage architecture, but unfortunately, that’s where the appeal ended for me. What could have been a memorable stay in a historic property was marred by a series of issues that made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.

The room, while spacious, felt neglected — as if maintenance and cleanliness had taken a backseat. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, which made it difficult to settle in comfortably.

What was most disappointing, however, was the service. The staff seemed disengaged, and requests were either delayed significantly or overlooked entirely. There was a noticeable lack of hospitality, which stood in stark contrast to the warmth and professionalism I’ve experienced at similar properties.
Sadly, this stay did not meet expectations. With a bit more attention to detail and guest care, Bhanwar Niwas could live up to its potential — but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it to others. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:3

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Bhanwar Niwas completely failed to provide even basic comfort. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was shown online. The staff was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Service was terrible – every request was either delayed or ignored.

My stay at Bhanwar Niwas Hotel was deeply unsatisfactory. What should have been a comfortable and enjoyable experience turned into a series of letdowns. The room I was given was in poor condition — lacking cleanliness, with visible signs of neglect, and several essential amenities either broken or missing altogether.

Interactions with the staff only added to the frustration. They appeared disinterested and untrained, offering little to no support when issues were raised. Requests were met with long delays or ignored completely, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism throughout my stay.

Despite the hotel's reputation, the overall environment felt neglected and far from welcoming. There was nothing about the experience that reflected quality or care for guests.
