Hotel bhanwar niwas exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. I would We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bhanwar Niwas. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Bhanwar Niwas Hotel may have the charm of heritage architecture, but unfortunately, that’s where the appeal ended for me. What could have been a memorable stay in a historic property was marred by a series of issues that made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.

The room, while spacious, felt neglected — as if maintenance and cleanliness had taken a backseat. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, which made it difficult to settle in comfortably.

What was most disappointing, however, was the service. The staff seemed disengaged, and requests were either delayed significantly or overlooked entirely. There was a noticeable lack of hospitality, which stood in stark contrast to the warmth and professionalism I’ve experienced at similar properties.
Sadly, this stay did not meet expectations. With a bit more attention to detail and guest care, Bhanwar Niwas could live up to its potential — but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it to others. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:3

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Bhanwar Niwas completely failed to provide even basic comfort. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was shown online. The staff was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Service was terrible – every request was either delayed or ignored.
The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and disappointing. I honestly regret booking this place and would strongly advise others to avoid it. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:1

I had a very disappointing stay at Bhanwar Niwas Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the experience was below expectations. The rooms were not properly maintained, cleanliness was lacking, and basic facilities were either missing or not working properly. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, showing no concern for guest comfort. Service was extremely slow, and any request seemed to be ignored. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant and far from what one would expect from a reputed property.
