The hotel's amenities, including the pool, gym, and spa, were top-notch and well-maintained. The food at the hotel's restaurants was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste.

After Esclating A Lot Their Manager Has To Come To Reception as He Wont be able to Come near Room as he Was quite occupied With Other Stuff from Last 1 Hour

My family was staying there and we were attending a wedding. The room's lock was malfunctioning and the staff kept us waiting for 30 minutes. After a lot of arguments, they kept forcing the guests to "try and turn locks or keys"
Even their support staff couldn't get the locks to close. They were called to reception multiple times and all the while leaving their belongings in room UNATTENDED Rooms:3 Service:1 Location:1

I wanted to share my family's experience during our recent stay at Tusker Trails to celebrate my son's 5th birthday on December 24. We booked two rooms for four nights (country view). However, I would suggest to go with other room options they were seprate and cottages are good.

Overall, our check-in process was hassle-free, and I would like to commend your staff for their cooperation and professionalism. Special thanks to Mr. Badal and Chandni from housekeeping for maintaining high hygiene standards during our stay, and to Mrs. Tikaram, Bheem and daya from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to provide meals at odd hours.

The property itself is commendable; our rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The playground and swimming pool were delightful for our family.

However, I would like to point out that there aren't many activities specifically designed for small children. While there were options like a pool table, rackets, footballs, ludo, and carrom boards available, I believe more engaging activities could enhance the experience for younger guests.
In terms of cons, I did find that evenings could become somewhat dull, as there was no bonfire or live music for guests to enjoy. On the last day of our stay, a large group checked in for an office conference or annual party, which led to a rather uncomfortable atmosphere with loud music at night. The dining area became overcrowded, and unfortunately, this led to some guests competing for food. I truly appreciate the staff's efforts to manage the situation, but I believe it would be beneficial for future events to have separate dining arrangements for large groups. This way, other guests can enjoy their stay without disruption. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:4
