Hotel bhanwar niwas exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. I would We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bhanwar Niwas. Bhanwar Niwas Hotel may have the charm of heritage architecture, but unfortunately, that’s where the appeal ended for me. What could have been a memorable stay in a historic property was marred by a series of issues that made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.

The room, while spacious, felt neglected — as if maintenance and cleanliness had taken a backseat. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, which made it difficult to settle in comfortably.

What was most disappointing, however, was the service. The staff seemed disengaged, and requests were either delayed significantly or overlooked entirely. There was a noticeable lack of hospitality, which stood in stark contrast to the warmth and professionalism I’ve experienced at similar properties.
Sadly, this stay did not meet expectations. With a bit more attention to detail and guest care, Bhanwar Niwas could live up to its potential — but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it to others. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:3

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Bhanwar Niwas completely failed to provide even basic comfort. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was shown online. The staff was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. My stay at Bhanwar Niwas Hotel was deeply unsatisfactory. What should have been a comfortable and enjoyable experience turned into a series of letdowns. The room I was given was in poor condition — lacking cleanliness, with visible signs of neglect, and several essential amenities either broken or missing altogether.

Interactions with the staff only added to the frustration. They appeared disinterested and untrained, offering little to no support when issues were raised. Requests were met with long delays or ignored completely, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism throughout my stay.

Despite the hotel's reputation, the overall environment felt neglected and far from welcoming. There was nothing about the experience that reflected quality or care for guests.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bhanwar Niwas Hotel. Unfortunately, I lost my room key and was charged ₹1000 as a fine, which I was willing to pay. However, the hotel staff were completely unhelpful and unfriendly during the entire situation. Instead of assisting me or handling the matter professionally, they were rude and indifferent.

We hosted a company training here with guest candidates, including lunch, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

The food quality was poor – the dal was overly salty, thin and watery, and the capsicum in the kadhai paneer was raw and undercooked. As hosts, we ate last and only then discovered these issues.

When we gave feedback, the so-called manager/supervisor Avtaar Singh was shockingly rude and dismissive, saying “Everyone ate it, and now you’re complaining after eating.” Instead of listening, he argued and insulted us.

What’s worse, he behaved in a demeaning and harassing manner towards female colleagues, which was unprofessional, unsafe, and completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting.

This lack of food quality and basic respect made the entire environment unwelcoming. The management must take strict action against such behavior.
I would strongly not recommend this hotel for any trainings, corporate events, or dining until they learn the fundamentals of customer service and respectful conduct. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:1

Hotel is a nightmare! Has hidden cameras behind the mirror in both bedroom and washroom. As i checked in my room my first basic protocol is to check the entire room for cameras. As the cameras are hidden and their infra light isnt visible to normal eye. The principal is to check the infra ray light with your mobile video camera. To my shock the mirrors were filled with blinking lights from within. There are more issues with the room as the washroom door doesnt close properly. There is an open no grill window in the bathroom from which anyone can enter into the room from outside. The main door to the room has a hole at the botton from which a mouse can easily pass or anyone can lay down and peep from the hole to see directly at the bed! Nothing can be compromised! Specially the camera thing! I wanted to file a police complain but as i was on a very short trip or else would have gone with the police complain. This hotel is horrible. Please dont say untruthful things like there are no cameras! I have proof of video recording where my phones camera has recorded multiple camera lights blinking! I would have lodged a police complaint but i was in a time crunch that time! Dont claim that you dont have cameras! Because you have! No one should risk their stay at your hotel! Disgusting & Unsafe hotel! Also google should allow to upload videos as well along with the review! Im looking forward into this as how i can share the video proof on all social media platforms!
