We hosted a company training here with guest candidates, including lunch, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

The food quality was poor – the dal was overly salty, thin and watery, and the capsicum in the kadhai paneer was raw and undercooked. As hosts, we ate last and only then discovered these issues.

When we gave feedback, the so-called manager/supervisor Avtaar Singh was shockingly rude and dismissive, saying “Everyone ate it, and now you’re complaining after eating.” Instead of listening, he argued and insulted us.

What’s worse, he behaved in a demeaning and harassing manner towards female colleagues, which was unprofessional, unsafe, and completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting.

This lack of food quality and basic respect made the entire environment unwelcoming. The management must take strict action against such behavior.
I would strongly not recommend this hotel for any trainings, corporate events, or dining until they learn the fundamentals of customer service and respectful conduct. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:1

Hotel is a nightmare! Has hidden cameras behind the mirror in both bedroom and washroom. As i checked in my room my first basic protocol is to check the entire room for cameras. As the cameras are hidden and their infra light isnt visible to normal eye. The principal is to check the infra ray light with your mobile video camera. To my shock the mirrors were filled with blinking lights from within. There are more issues with the room as the washroom door doesnt close properly. There is an open no grill window in the bathroom from which anyone can enter into the room from outside. The main door to the room has a hole at the botton from which a mouse can easily pass or anyone can lay down and peep from the hole to see directly at the bed! Nothing can be compromised! Specially the camera thing! I wanted to file a police complain but as i was on a very short trip or else would have gone with the police complain. This hotel is horrible. Please dont say untruthful things like there are no cameras! I have proof of video recording where my phones camera has recorded multiple camera lights blinking! I would have lodged a police complaint but i was in a time crunch that time! Dont claim that you dont have cameras! Because you have! No one should risk their stay at your hotel! Disgusting & Unsafe hotel! Also google should allow to upload videos as well along with the review! Im looking forward into this as how i can share the video proof on all social media platforms! My stay was extremely disappointing. Despite booking with breakfast and dinner included, the hotel doesn't have an in-house kitchen and sources food from outside—except for tea and coffee. Even more frustrating, they offered different menus for different guests for breakfast and dinner, which I have never encountered in a hotel before. Yes, extra items could be added, but this system of different buffets was highly unprofessional.

The rooms were poorly maintained, feeling like they hadn't been updated in at least 20 years, with old cupboards and furniture. The showcased photos of the rooms on the Google Maps location were completely misleading and did not match the reality at all. Adding to the discomfort, the hotel has cameras everywhere, including one pointed directly at the room, with a visible glass screen from outside to inside during both day and night. The hygiene standards were appalling; we ordered tea and coffee in the morning, and they arrived in unwashed cups (photo attached).
The receptionist's attitude was also off-putting, and I strongly believe this property should not be part of the FAB Hotels network, as it reflects poorly on the brand. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms:1 Service:2 Location:4

This was the first time I have check in a hotel which lacks in basic amenities which make a hotel a hotel. I don’t know how they are maintaining the title of a hotel even. When we talk about rooms there is a bed for sleeping and dirty sheets leaking washroom stinking and dampness on the walls.they don’t have a electrical cattle to make a cup of tea, no water bottles, they fill the kettle, so you can drink water at night. Disappointing Stay
I stayed at this hotel for 35 days, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms are very old. No tea or coffee bags are provided in the rooms. Maintenance is a major issue—I had to constantly remind the staff to change the bedsheets and bathroom towels. They provide bathroom utilities only on the first day; after that, you have to keep calling for them, and even then, they sometimes forget essentials like towels. Hygiene is also a serious concern. The location is not safe. Staffs are really rude and do not have a basic manner to talk. Services are below the low level and the rooms are not clean.. there's paan everywhere in the room.
The food is not good and they don't even have the enough chairs to sit on while eating.

The location of the hotel is good as it is in the City area and close to the Train Station.

When you arrive at the location, you better get help for your baggage as you have to climb up and down a steep, narrow staircase to get to the location and your room.

The room was sort of clean, but the side tables and corners of the room, the bed, etc, were very dusty and dirty. The bedding was stained, and the head board and sheets were stained and dirty. There were bugs and cockroaches. I asked them to spray and clean, but the can ran out as they were spraying, and they didn't have a spare one. The bathroom was ok in cleanliness, but the commode was filthy!

The main gentleman at the reception was nice, helpful, and cooperative, but the staff could use a lot of hospitality training.
