The hotel is a perfect location for weddings or any other grand ceremony. The rooms are very spacious but the room service is very bad. The food is fine and since the location is a bit remote getting anything delivered via Swiggy or any other app would need to be done during the day time. Rooms:4 Service:1 Location:4

Ended our year with forever memories, celebrated at Jai Bagh Palace. Such a cinematic experience we had , the palace itself feels as if we had gone back to maharaja era. The best part is also the staff. They are so polite , so humble and always helpful at every moment. Room service is best . Response time of the team must be appreciated, every time i called they were available within 5 minutes at our door step.
The best part about our stay was the gala dinner arrange for new year . Beautiful dancers , amazing singers , crazy dj and lots of delicious food … we danced and enjoyed to our core. We regret booking this Hotel, thinking it is up to the standard of an 5 star hotel.
Jai Bagh Palace in Jaipur is a property known for its scenic location and regal architecture, often attracting visitors seeking a luxurious stay. However, during a recent visit, the experience was marred by an unpleasant bathroom situation. The bathroom was poorly maintained. Such neglect not only diminishes the overall charm of the property but also leaves guests questioning the standards of hygiene and upkeep. The shower was broken that’s why we had to change our room twice. For a place that promises opulence, this aspect was deeply disappointing. Rooms:1 Service:3 Location:1

The location was perfect and the ambience was great. The food was incomparable but their hospitality was poor extremely. No wifi . We asked them to clean our rooms but none of them did it and when we returned at night then they did it. Rooms:5 Service:1 Location:5
