Had a good experience during our stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful especially the restaurant staff. Ms.Nirupama and Mr.Krishnendu waited upon us and served us very well.,they were always cheerful and courteous..The swimming pool was not very deep(ard 4ft) and hence apt for our kids(aged 8and 10) to swim without any risk! Was clean too. Room was spacious with a large soft bed.24 hrs hot water was available.almost all the main attractions like zoo are ard 20 minutes from the hotel.The only problem is the reception where the staff can be a bit more courteous and quick.
