Had a pathetic experience. The food was awful. I ordered puri sabzi and buttermilk, the food was not bad but the drink was the worst part. Buttermilk was so sour, as if it was made with curd that has gone bad. The Rooms were smelling bad. Bedding, dust and garbage were all over the floor outside the rooms during day time (around 2 o'clock). I would recommend not to opt for this hotel and Restaurant, waste of money and time. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NBDL Hotel in haridwar, and I wanted to share my positive experience. The ambiance of the hotel was excellent, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I would like to give a special shout-out to Hotel Manager Mahipal Kandari, whose excellent service truly made my stay even more memorable.

Overall, I highly recommend NBDL Hotel to anyone visiting Haridwar. It's a great place to stay for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

My family and I had the misfortune of having dinner at your hotel . During that time, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory servicelevels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.First, it took more waiting period of dinner. Why it took so long is beyond my comprehension. When I asked the reception staff about the reason of the delay,they said it was because the previous guest are sitting before you Well that is not my problem.Second, when we entered the room the AC were not working properly & the charges they take expensive. I wonder what do at your hotel , I reach at reception regarding AC they reply we can't do anything hope you agree with me that this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels. It is nothing kind of treatment I would have expected from a hotel of your state and caliber. I am verydisappointed from this experience.I would like to hear your thoughts about my complaint and the steps that you are willing to take toprevent such incidents in the future.
