The location of this place is very strategic. It is built on the lake itself. Very peaceful and calming place. It is located in the old city of Udaipur, and is just 5-7 minutes walking distance from the market area. The view of entire lake Pichola is unhindered and their rooms and rooftop offer full view of the lake. Good and pocket friendly alternative to Leela palace and Taj palace which also offer unhindered lake view. The rooms are decent. Ask for rooms with lake view. The staff is very polite and gives service as and when needed. Their food is extremely delicious and nothing can really beat it. They also have a bar with drinks and hookah. We had organised a farewell party for our seniors ( doctors) the food was delicious and everything at the venue was ready as per our requirements. The DJ was also v good. The staff was well versed with their services and MR Rana, the manager of Grand radiant was very accommodating for all our requests and helped us pick the right menu and decor. The Grand Radiant is a very nice hotel. Its room and staff are very good. Transport connectivity is excllenent .with the hotal being accessible by cab & auto.
I must also mention Manager who provide impeccable service thought the evening his professionalism attention to detail and friendly demeanor impressed not anly me but also my friend.

I stayed at this hotel in shimla, The owner was very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel was really awesome. Overall the stay was very peaceful. The location of the hotel is around 2 km away from the mall road, experienced car drivers (hill driving skills)can reach up to the hotel parking lot. Otherwise you have to park the road side nearby. This hotel is just a hype based on false reviews.Highly rude front office manager who doesn't know how to behave and treat the guests.Rooms inside was ok but food highly costly and pathetic breakfast experience.Everything was manageable but the major issue was that I was not even given my room even for 10 minutes after 12 pm despite that there were no early check-in guests and no cleaning was being done.They treat the guests like they were not having any other option and have stayed here out of compulsion.After spending more than 5000 rupees for a single night, we are really ruining our decision that why we chose to stay in this hotel with insensitive people.
