Everything was great. Big spacious and clean rooms. Staffs are courteous, polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast is good to start your day. Location is great situated on central Jodhpur near to mehrangarh fort and clock tower. The only disappointing point is overly priced food ala carte menu. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

The whole hotel sold out but still we provided the room very quickly. Very nice housekeeping staff and housekeeping supervisor itne achche they helped us a lot. They made the room neat and clean quickly and got us checking. Supervisor He was talking very well, we are all very happy, thank you very much for your services. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

All room is very nice property and housekeeping staff is very very helpful hot water good working and housekeeping supervisor very helpful and very nice smile face nearby bus stand in hotel but no problem housekeeping staff is very very educated and discipline dress code is very nice housekeeping supervisor Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

Our stay at the Truly Rudransh truly exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, spotlessly clean rooms, and a fantastic location that put us within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The breakfast and Dinner buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options.

My room number 305 housekeeping staff is very very helpful and discipline dress code is very nice and housekeeping supervisor Pankaj Bishnoi is very nice man and the way of speaking is so good that all pain goes away. Rooms:5 Service:null Location:5

We also have mostly service boy gutka on duty and there is less light in the room but the best thing is that the room is neat and clean the whole hotel is very good to supervisor is very good Dress code is very good thank you Pankaj For talking to us so nicely and giving us a nice room. Great place in Jodhpur as compared to other stay in Rajasthan. Deluxe room are convient to stay,spacious but need to work on Hot water and air conditioner. Food seevice was great as they have buffet option but in my pacakage we ordered separately but overall is great. Staff were helpful and managers very taking personal attention to every guest.
