Good location on the hills, a short distance from Kumbhalgarh Fort.
Service is fine. The garden is well maintained by the elderly gardener on such a high hill.
But food is very, very expensive. One time buffet for 2 people 1800/-.Tea is very bad. staff co-operative Rooms:1 Service:4 Location:5

We had an excellent time at this resort. We were a large group and all our requirements were well looked after. The staff are particularly good with special mention of Manohar ( in the restaurant) and Fateh Singh( in room service) . The property is large and very good for children to run around in a safe manner. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5

Service:- really slow to deliver food
Rooms :- no difference between suite and normal room no extra services and the rooms are actually the same. The experience is the main thing.people are rude to you and will not even listen to what you have to say. They deny about lot of services and later find out that its possible to get the service. Some good employees told me that we can get the food reheated at night( not a big deal just pop it into the microwave/oven!!) but they didn’t do it even after a requested that i can do it myself. The main thing is they have services which they can offer but they don’t. One more thing about food was they didn’t have the same taste. We ordered the same thing and the other was a bit salty. We asked them to replace it and they bought it back by just adding water and boiling it again. The wifi was another issue here . Although there was good connectivity downstairs when we went up in the room the wifi didn’t even work. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:3

I booked 2 rooms for my parents and the receptionist was very rude in behaviour and he is not giving proper answers and very poor service not worth it at all Rooms:4 Service:1 Location:2

Fabulous hotel, absolutely awesome interiors, very tasty food, extremely courteous service. Loved every minute in this awesome hotel.
