The location of resort was awesome and have very good view point all the time also sun rise n sun set point. Moreover, you can do tracking and go towards maidavan river side and enjoy greenary as well. City n site seeing can be covered in a day time, so prefer to stay at this location. Nestled on the hilltop 500m above the actual town below a few kilometres away, this place is a perfect getaway for anyone who wants some peace and quality time with nature. The view is beautiful and one can stargaze at night. The Sona nadi wildlife sanctuary is just a few kilometres away from the resort and the services are provided promptly. Amazing place if you are looking for a couple of days off, with no distractions. Quiet and peaceful. Amazing views, amidst the jungle. This is not Lansdowne, as it is a good one and a half hours drive away, but it is better than Lansdowne. And the service is very good. Everyone involved is very helpful and forthcoming. The safari they arrange is pretty good too, as the driver is very cooperative and lets you have a good time. I was looking for a place not far from Delhi to go visit with my partner. Although Lansdowne is just a 4-5 hours journey from Delhi, this beautiful property is located another 2 hours ahead of Lansdowne. All in all, it's around a 6-7 hours journey from Delhi and that is what it shows on Google maps too. After booking online via their contact number, the property manager Mr. Rajinder Kumar made sure to call me and check when I would be arriving and kept checking on us to make sure we took the right roads or were going in the right direction. The property is actually situated right next to the Jim Corbett border, almost in an isolated yet safe environment. It is totally away from the city noise and extremely peaceful. The last 1 km stretch from the main road to the property is actually completely off-road. They make you park your vehicle on the main road safely and then take you to the property in their Mahindra Bolero with your luggage comfortably. I saw a few complaints regarding this in earlier reviews and was skeptical about booking but having actually experienced everything first hand I would say everything was well taken care of and had no issues at all. I was driving my 4x4 jeep so that last off-road stretch was sort very exciting for me. It goes through a lush green jungle. For off-roading enthusiasts and people with 4 wheel drives, it'll be a piece of cake and also very thrilling. Talking about the property, the cottages were beautiful and secluded. The food was also very nice. Not oily or spicy at all. Something I always look for and prefer when traveling. There are no supermarkets around so carry whatever you'd need or want. Rest, the manager Mr. Rajinder is sweet enough to take care of any other special requests. The whole area around is very green and you can see the beautiful sunrise and sunset very clearly from here as the resort is built on a hilltop. They also offer jungle jeep safaris, a play area, and other activities for the guests which we didn't really do as we wanted to just sit and relax but if you're traveling for a few days here, make sure to do this as I overheard a few guests talking highly about it. I’ll run out of words talking about this amazing property. The vast area and pleasant views this property is serving are breath taking. Rooms are so spacious and clean and well maitained. Hotel staff is very supportive and helpful. If you want to enjoy the beauty pf sunset, you should visit this property. They serve you with warm hospitality. The resort is amazing, . The service and the staff is 10/10. One can have all the adventures and activity in the resort itself, trekking , river side view, jungle sufari bonfire and all. The resort is in a very secluded and fine spot and is spread in more than 50 acres, even the rooms are well spaced from each other,so one can travel without worries even in these Covid times .The restaurant service is 10/10, the food is amazing !! The manager and the staff is very supportive and they are always proactive, the guide will accompany you to all the treks and will show you around the village and everything. You can have amazing dinner in that place sorrounded by nature and greenery and mountains .

The place is surrounded by dence jungle and beautiful landscape, when you reach to the place after the climb from hotel vehicle, from there it self you would feel the essence of the place, with the welcome dream from nature's best flowers, which is very refreshing. Than as the day progresses you would have beautiful sun set at sun set point followed by lovely varieties of food and drinks, the not to miss attraction is sunrise at sun rise point and if you could sense the aroma of the nature around you would be thrilled to enjoy the property day after another, for kids you have so many playing activities available including cricket, then you can also visit the near by temples and other mesmerizing river, ponds, waterfalls and safari rides. This was our first visit to lansdowne.After travelling over 8 hours from Ghaziabad(UP),we felt relaxed at Resort.We had an amazing time at Ressorts.The room was really comfertable and clean.and had every thing which we needed and all staff of hotel was very polite & friendly. Wonderfull site seen can be seen of nature & climate from the room window. Buffet brackfast as well as lunch and dinner was quite decent. This is the only hilltop property at lansdowne which offers great views of the himalyas and river.
The Suites are large and can easily accomodate 4 people. The evening gypsy ride to the nearby forest was amazing!

The property is so large that one needs to 2 days to visit the same. Sunset point, sunrise point etc are all in the property!!
The food is amazing and the Super deluxe rooms have an amazing view of the valley and rivers.

This is one of the best and amazing property in entire Uttarakhand. Firstly location of this property is so vast n amazing which gives serene view, beauty of nature, mountains, greenery, free from noise pollution, chirping of birds, sound of running water in River, enjoy Sunrise and Sunset and many more altogether makes it perfect property to stay.

Secondly Suite- we were 4 family members & 2 dogs and the suite is spacious, gives Mountain View, ultra clean room with all necessary facilities. We stayed in Suite but best part of this resort is their Wooden Cottage which is located at the top of resort based on Colonial styling offers the best views of Mandal River and mountains. Next time we will stay in Wooden Cottage for sure.

Thirdly amazing Food- they have their own restaurant serving good quality of meals, breakfast we thoroughly enjoyed every meal breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks.

Now comes to Staff- Resort staff is very energetic, spontaneous, supportive and helpful. Mr Rajendra, Head of Resort gives us best experience during our vacation. We stayed there for 4 days and he fullfilled our every request starting from roaming the property to arranging taxi. Highly recommend this place for Nature and animal lovers.
