Hotel was good but the customer executive of fab hotel is very rude and inhospitable. Before going to book this hotel I had conversations with fab hotel executive because I want early checking And he told me that early checking is acceptable there just I had to pay rs 700 extra but at the time of early checking hotel asking for rs 1500. The proximity to Taj east gate, it's hardly 5-10 min walk from this place. The hotel rooms are really nice and well maintained. The food at the restaurant is amazing...loved it. It's a real pet friendly hotel.. we enjoyed our stay with our puppy #Frodo.. all staff members were fully vaccinated n took proper precautions while serving food n other services.. we like there quick n humble service even in the midnight also they were there to help us..food was good like taste n quantity wise.. we feel so homely that we extended our stay there..highly recommended. Beautiful rooms. Rooms were clean and large. The staff is very courteous. There is also a restaurant on the same floor which is quite convenient. The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, just opposite the state bus transport station. But, the rooms are quite silent. The family room and suite rooms are really very good.
